Airbnb not responsive and get different story from different people

I had a guest stay over 2 nights without a reservation, Contacted AirBnb and was told they charged guest for two nights and payment will come. It didnt. Called back and was told I needed to file a claim with the resolution center. Nothing happened. Called again and explained all this and my case was “escalated”. Been a week and heard nothing.

@Laura4549 Can you explain how a guest stayed without a reservation? How did they gain entry?

They had a 2 week reservation and did not leave, avoided approving the reervation change.
