Are you allow to contact another host to find out why they would not recommend a specific guest?

Hi, I received a booking request from a guest that had a bad review from another host? Is it possible to contact the host to get more details on why they would not recommend that guest? Or should I just decline the booking request? It's for labor day weekend so I'm certain I'll get another booking.

@Victor2692 There is no rule that says you cannot contact a fellow host. You can always ask the guest for their explanation as well. How they answer can often be very informative. 

I would automatically decline a guest with a bad review, myself. Not worth the risk, and if you are sure another booking will be right on it's heels, then why even give it another thought?
