Can’t message guest because of “Be careful of this request” warning

Hello community. 

I received a booking request from a guest who is fairly new to airbnb. They actually seem fine but they sent a bunch of links to member of their group’s emails and airbnb profiles in the message (obviously not knowing that this would not show up). This resulted in Airbnb providing the “Be careful with this request” warning, and I am prohibited from even messaging the guests with further questions. My only option is to simply approve or decline their request. 

This is frustrating because I have things I want to ask them before approving or declining. Any way to do this?

Useally the "be careful" message is accompanied by an option "to report" or "to continue".

if you click "continue", you can communicate with the guest as normal.

With option "report" you can report the potential guest to Airbnb and request will be declined automatically, without affecting your rating.
