Cancellation / Uprising in colombia

There is an uprising in colombia , and my cancellation policy is “strict”  -50%.  In a case like this where is not possible to travel safely do I still have to loose half of the money paid ?

If this situation interfers with a guest being able to use the booking, it probably will qualify for extenuating circumstances and 100% refund of both your fees and Air BNB fees.

@Branka-and-Silvia0  The problems he is referring to in Columbia  aren't related to Covid. It's political unrest, involving violent protests.
