Cancellation during a stay

As a host, what are our rights of cancellation when a guest blatantly breaches a house rule such as no parties and disrupting the peace and quiet of the neighbourhood?

@George1253  You always have the right to terminate the booking, but this generally means that you forfeit the payout for the unused portion of the stay.

Both parties will still be able to review each other, so you do have a risk of retaliation there. But most hosts would consider it a much bigger risk to have guests throwing a party and not kick them out.
