Cathedral City to ban STVR’s

During their meeting on March 11, 2020, Cathedral City council was recommended by their task force to look closer at phasing out all STVR’s in R1-R2 zoning (excluding homeshares) and its happening. Anyone out there have experience with similar situations and what did you do?

I think many areas with over saturated STR markets are looking at restricted whole STRs @Tee-and-Mike0 

I guess your options are to move your whole STR to outside of the restriction zone or have it as a shared home listing?
