Hi. Im new here so plz understand if im not aware of some community rules.
Last week, my gf and i were planning a party night and made airbnb reservation.
We hung around whole day at the city, so we were very tired when we got the airbnb place at 11 pm.
We tried to check in, but the password didnt match. We tried calling the host, airbnb, anywhere but we couldnt get answer from anyone. At that time we already bought a bunch of bottles of drink so we were carrying this heavy luggage. So we tried bucking other hotel, but they were too far away and expensive. At last, after like 2 hours later, we had to go to my place, which is like sooooo small and dirty that i didnt want to show it to my gf at our first date. I felt so humiliating and got so freakin mad---after this, airbnb person told us they will refund the money but about the **bleep** we had to go through, they can only give us a coupon, amount of 14 dollors. I think this is not fair.why would i need a coupon after this?
I hope i could get some compensation.
