The attached screenshot shows a selection that hosts are expected to make when preparing a listing. However, this field is not even viewable by guests so it's unclear what the purpose of this field is. Am I missing something here?

Nowhere on the listing does it mention anything about whether the space is "dedicated for guests" or whether the property type is an "apartment". airbnb.com/h/mckenziepiping

Whilst not directly relevant, I was caught out by something similar a little while ago. When specifying amenities, I ticked the box to indicate I have a clothes dryer, which I do. However, when published in my listing, Airbnb very helpfully included the image of a tumble dryer, which I don't have. I only found out when a guest, quite rightly complained. How embarassing.
