Hello,
I just bought a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath townhome in Grays Ferry. I figure that it will be able to sleep up to 10 people with two people per bedroom, 2 people on a sectional sleeper sofa and a queen sized air mattress in the finished basement. I'm looking to network with cleaners, property management companies, or co-hosts to explore options for managing the property remotely. I live in NYC and will not be able to manage everything remotely. I am still in the process of furnishing the place and setting everything up but would like to start building connections now.
