I have received several requests to film porn at my home recently. They never say it directly, they ask coded questions about "complete privacy" and "topless sunbathing" or "can anyone see into the property". I allowed one of these request a while ago, sure enough I found them shooting "alternative" porn all over the property, left early with us having to clean up the "mess."
I always decline them because I know they really want to film porn and young children live next door. Never good.
The number of these requests have increased dramatically in the past month.
Will declining these request hurt my reputation or ranking?
When a prospective guest sends an inquiry you don't need to pre-approve nor decline, just replying in the messaging is sufficient.
If a 'request to book' is sent, some hosts ask the guest to withdraw the request, to avoid the host declining.
If your potential guest is asking questions which suggest film making, inform them that it is against Airbnb Terms of Service to book an Airbnb for any commercial enterprise. https://www.airbnb.co.us/terms#sec201910_14 - see 14.1, bullet pt 2

I received 2 requests yesterday to film porn at my home. All the accounts have fake stock photos, zero or one review (fake). When I respond that "anyone can see what you are doing in my back yard" they never reply.
This is getting really old.
Good on you for following your gut feeling.
We just had a similar request and ended up canceling. We asked for written confirmation that there will be no filming at our property and the communication went cold which was an indication that there were planing on filming.
