Hello- I have a guest trying to book for this Monday- I pre-approved their request and now they are being told they can not book due too it being a short notice and for their safety- What can I do to help this guest get booked ?
Uh oh that sounds like airbnb is instituting new policies without notifying hosts. We are getting the feeling we are not the only ones not able to get them on the phone this week.
