Has the UK Superhost help line been discontinued?

Tried calling and it tells me you now only respond to 72 hour reservation related requests?

So not discontinued, but limited. And not only in UK.

 

If you have a issue , try https://www.airbnb.co.uk/help/contact-us

and choose "i do not need help with a reservation" for other options.
