Hi everyone,
I wanted to ask if anyone else has run into issues while trying to post or manage content in the Homes section here.
Lately, I’ve noticed that when I try to create or edit a post, the process sometimes feels a bit inconsistent. For example, certain fields don’t save properly, or the page takes longer than expected to respond. A couple of times, I even had to redo parts of my post because it didn’t go through the first time.
While trying to figure out what might be causing this, I came across something during my troubleshooting through a * discord server which got me thinking about whether this could be related to browser settings, session timeouts, or even how the platform handles drafts and submissions.
I’m also wondering if this might affect listing updates or communication with guests, especially if things don’t save correctly in real time. Has anyone else experienced similar problems when posting or editing in this section? And if so, did you find anything that helped make it more stable?
I’d really appreciate any advice or shared experiences. Thanks in advance!

Hello @Kenji72
Yes! Happened today - a post I thought I had sent didn't get sent and when I came back to the CC, I saw that on the page I had a failed notification warning.
When this happens, I save what I have written and when I refresh the page, the information disappears obviously but when you go back to where you replied and click on that Reply function, you should see at the top of the post, a Load or Discard sign but sometimes not all the information gets saved which is why I prefer to use a copy and paste method
Having said this, if you are the one creating a new post, the system doesn't have that Load or Discard facility which is a real pain. I created a post yesterday and lost all of it as I went back to it several times and must have been timed out so it refused to post. I forgot to copy and paste so lost everything😫
You're right, there seems to be a lapse in time for when we reply to a post and when we don't post immediately - the last few words will be missing (hence my copy and paste method).
We can edit a post that we have sent here on the CC by clicking on our reply and we see an Edit button (same thing on our Airbnb messages to guests) but Airbnb have reduced the time allowed to do this - only 5 minutes as opposed to the 10 minutes before.
I use a Mac and can't edit a post if I'm on Safari so have to use Chrome when I'm on the CC. Same for flagging all the spammers here - can't use that function via Safari.
Hi @Kenji72 👋
Sorry to read that you're still having issues. As @Emilie mentioned previously, it's always a good idea to check your internet speed and delete cookies and cache. Did the issue persist after performing these actions?
Airbnb.com and the Community Center are two separate website so you don't need to worry in regards to your listing updates or guest communications.
@Joelle43 also mentioned some work arounds in her reply below, have these suggestions helped?
Also, a gentle reminder that link in your post was removed as it wasn't in line with our Community Center Guidelines.
