Air BnB just accepted a reservation. I do not allow automatic acceptances. I did not approve this request. I must cancel but the site will not let me. I did contact the guest to explain and fortunately, it is 6 months in advance so should not impact her plans since I contacted her within the hour.
How do I "open a ticket" or get help from AirBnb? I have only been directed to this "New" neighborhood help section.
You have cancelled a couple of times over the years, so it is important that you never cancel unless you involve Air BNB. Contact Air BNB staff by phone and request a cancellation due to a system issue.
