@Claudia2884 As Emiel said, the guest has to work this out with Airbnb. But if it's a request that is about to expire, you should tell the guest to withdraw the request until she gets this figured out, because if the request expures before you have accepted it, you will get penalized.
I wish Airbnb would not let guests try to book anything until they have uploaded all the required info.
