First time using this platform-
1. I had forgotten to block a period of dates and a guest has instant booked a reservation in that period.
2. I am trying to cancel with one of the given options "I cannot host on these dates anymore".
3. An error message keeps coming up: " reason is not valid".
I have explained to the guest in private message and they are okay with it but now I am having trouble even cancelling their booking to complete the refund process for them.
What should I do?

The best thing to do in this case is to message Airbnb and get support. They will assist.

I'm trying to change my dates (shorten my stay) and the website is unresponsive. I have tried every way imaginable on the calendar that pops up, nothing works. I contacted airbnb, hopefully they will get back to me soon.
@Theresa412 Maybe your host has a minimum stay and your new dates are shorter than that ? In any case, shortening a stay is subject to acceptance from the host.
