Hosting parents apartment

Can i host my parents appartment via my profile. I have listed my own place, and i am legal owner. But now my parents ask me if i can list their apartment too in the house we live in all. The difference is I am not legal owner it is on my dad.

@Ivan1761  You don't have to be the property owner to list. Plenty of hosts do not own the properties they list.
