How do I get hold of AirBnb about incorrect pricing

It looks like a bug in the quote as the rate doesn't tie up with the number of guests entered - using the help center and articles just sends me in circles.

You have 3 listings.

- for 2 guests - same price for 1 or 2 guests

- for 2 guests (although you mention in title 4 can sleep) - same price for 1 or 2 guests

- for 16 guests.

This is listing is not setup correct: 1 or 2 guests cen rent the WHOLE guesthouse for $41,- / night. You have set a $ 18,- for each guest after the second, but they must be all in same party. It calculates correct. $295,- a night for 16 people. Seems no bug to me.

(But cleaning fee is same for 1 or 16 guests......)

If you want to offer the rooms separately, you need to create a listing for each room (or for any combination of it you wish to offer). Then link the calenders.

@Emiel1 Thank you for replying to the question. The issue is rather around an actual booking made where the numbers doesn't tie up to the rate charged. I need to somehow get hold of somebody to rectify.

Point taken about the way in which AirBnB functions regarding separate rooms etc. Not very user-friendly.
