I've been a Superhost for nine years. I've never missed a quarter. Hosting has been and still is a wonderful journey. I couldn't be happier!

I have been hosting for two years and there’s no looking back! It’s been an incredibly rewarding journey and, though the money that we earn from our home has been a huge blessing for us, I was surprised to find that I really love the guest interaction and connection. It’s been a highlight of my hosting experience, thus far!  Cheers from Manzanita, Oregon, USA!

Indeed I face some trends that arise year after year.

In Athens AirBnB hosts are increased a lot and also there are increases in utilities due to inflation and government taxes e.g. environmental fees of significant amounts.

All above create difficulties in balancing proper price due to high competition.
