How to find a property manager in my area

I am looking to invest in a small up and coming area in Idaho. I have been trying to find companies that currently manage properties and might be looking for more or to give thoughts on the market for the specific area. When I search online mostly what I get is just regular, long-term, property managers. Am I searching wrong? Is there a centralized place that is good to search for such companies/people?

@Nick2170  Maybe see if there's a hosting Facebook group for your area and connect with other hosts who may have some good ideas.
