How to find good house cleaner??

We have been cleaning our rental ourselves, it is two stories with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 living spaces, and a rooftop patio. It's a large space to clean and we would like to start hiring it out so we have more freedom to spend as a family. We are struggling to find someone that has the same cleaning standards that we do, we want to give our guests the best experiences possible and the clean aspect is so important to that for us. What do you look for when finding an exceptional cleaner and what are some good questions to ask/things to do? Also, we are in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii if anyone is here too and has an awesome team!

I reached out to Merry Maids...she was thrilled to get my call. She promises to always have someone there when I need her, charges less than my current cleaner, and has higher standards. I am friends with my cleaner so I have not made the jump, but one more bad review and I will head on over to Merry Maids at $140.00 per cleaning. I currently pay $175.
