How to see my own rating?

I am a new host. I have had one guest. She gave me a 5 star review.  When I look at that review, it shows a single black star.  It does not show 5 stars anywhere.  When I called Airbnb they confirmed she gave me a 5 star rating.  How can I see this myself?  To me, it looks like I have one black star.  Does the one black star mean something positive and I'm missing it?

@Karen3342 go to insights then quality and then you should be able to see the details of the review
