Please can somebody advise if you have this experience before? And how to resolve it? Which department should I contact airbnb to get a result? It has been extremely frustrating. Airbnb has the system issue for one of my reservation, it has been dragged on for months since Aug 2021. I can be paid for my other reservations on time.
Whenever I call the help desk, the agent could not answer any of my questions, it was routed to different teams, payment team, engineering team, etc. but nothing gets done. I have not been paid for my last two month payout. They were due to me on March 6 and April 6 2022. Nobody respond to my ticket I opened with airbnb response center since Jan 2022.
This is very urgent!!! Nobody in airbnb team cares about my issue, the way it handles the host is so very much disappointing!!!
