We do make a refund for the nights of the guest which they did not stay, although our cancellation strictly terms.
We'll discuss with the guest, to find the best solution for both side
-request the guest to make a cancellation immediately, at the same times send them money
and get a new booking.
Some guest doesn't wish to make the cancellation.
-we've do contact Airbnb support team, request administration cancellation to alteration early checkout date.
