I can't access my messages

I have an unread message but I am getting this error message:

I'm trying to book a property but can't reply at the moment.

@Ruth894  The inbox and app have been glitchy all week.  I had a guest who couldn't answer a message from me until last night.  Can you log in to Airbnb on another device?  If you're on the phone app, maybe your computer?
