How does a guest cancel a booking on airbnb and get the full refund ?

Hi @Jeanna17 

 

Please ask the guest to log in, go to MY TRIPS-> Change or cancel ->cancel.

You should receive a prompt to accept the cancelation.

Airbnb will then process the refund, minus any fees.
