Two threads about this topic (WiFi speeds) have already been closed down and I am not trying to restart the conversation, which inevitably seems to descend into a slanging match. I don't expect any responses either.
However, I am still receiving private messages from this rather aggressive individual, which I have now reported as harassment.
If you are still receiving them, can I suggest you do the same.
@Helen3, @Helen350, @Sarah977, @Ann489, @Mike-And-Jane0, @Nanxing0
And @Nick @Quincy , I appreciate that you closed down the previous threads and, like I said, I am not trying to reopen the discussion, but could you please stop this user from harassing us via private message? I am all for hearing other people's opinions but not for the intrusive, belligerent messages. Ignoring them doesn't seem to work. I hope reporting them will.

Glad you found it @Huma0 but for everyone else, here is the process to "block" user contacting you on DM's:
1. Report the email If you press down on the arrow aligned with the Email Subject (top RHS) and then "report as inappropriate" and complete section with relevant detail.
2. Ignore User If you press down on the arrow aligned to sender information (top RHS), touch the "ignore user" and they will be unable to send you any further DM's
This worked for me. Thanks

Don't go @Robbie54 ! I shall miss you! - Just stick to the 'help' forum or posts wanting specific info...

Yes, it seems the first message was basically the same. The second message I received, however, was aimed personally at me and regarded something I had posted. Seems I touched a nerve, but I'm guessing I'm not the only one.

On a lighter note, has anybody else noticed our customer services salary cheques are late again this month, LOL
