Im main host,but i dont have total control of the panel

I wasnt the user that created the appartment publication,first i was co host,now im the main host,however i dont have total controll such as configuring to where i want the payments,and the new evaluations arent linked to my user,even tho im main host now. Is it possible to get the total control?
