Hello Fellow Airbnb Community, it seems I have had this issue multiple times and have not heard anything back from Airbnb Support. I've attempted to book through app, through laptop with both Chrome and Explorer. I have reset my password, signed in and out. I have attempted to message the host and attempted to book through messenger. Nothing seems to be working for me. I get the "It is not possible to book this property. Please contact Airbnb Support." message everytime.

I don't know how old you are, but Airbnb has implemented systematic restrictions that prevent guests younger than 25 years of age from booking certain properties.  Is this property close to where you live?  Are you booking a whole house?  Is the reservation for a short stay?  If so, then you may not be allowed to make the reservation.

@Debra300 @Thank you for helping. No I’m into my 30’s now. I’ve tried to reset and clean up my account. I’ve used AirBnB a few times. Never had a bad review or bad experience. I still haven’t heard from the support team. It’s unfortunate because I loved using AirBnB.
