Lack of Host Support

Airbnb denied my claim for extra cleaning from a guest that literally trashed my house. I supplied photo  evidence and an invoice and their excuse was my cleaners didn't write the number of hours or cleaning supplies used. They won't even answer the phone! I am looking for another platform this is unbelievable.

Airbnb is rather stirct on claims. So provide the information they want !

Even better: carefully select your guests, at least turn of 'Instant Book"
