Can anyone recommend a housekeeper in the area please?

Any advice on how to find the right person?

I’ve found that bigger companies are best, as they have multiple people available if one person misses/has an emergency etc. it’s best to not rely on one person to do all cleanings and knowing there are backups. I would go with a company that also has experience doing STR. STR cleaning they need to be available every other day, 3 days, depending how often it’s rented and if they do weekly residential homes, I’d ask “how can you ensure that those time slots won’t overlap”? What’s their availability? Also what they are willing to do. You need someone who washes all the sheets, cleans and puts away dishes, takes out all garbage, cleaning, dusting, indoor and out. Also recommend asking for photos of ‘before’ and ‘after’ the clean. Asking them to check the home for damage after each stay….
