My account failed to host even after having completed the listing and publishing

Hello my name is Hadiijah from Uganda . I have so far hosted 7people in the last one year and three months using another person's account but when I decided to come up with mine it was really the worse experience , it  has been in play for the last ten months but I only receive messages from center community and all that but never received any customer . I really love hosting people and enjoyed it with those I did host on another's account but since mine failed to host I was really disappointed and deleted the app from my phone but luckily I can still communicate to you . Now what and how do I do it ?@_Caroline

Can you be more specific what kind of issues you encounter ?

I see you have two listings, they are also in the search system, but there are no reviews (yet).

It seems both rooms are in the same house ?

Why are there no beds (only matras on the floor) ?

BTW Facilities like bathroom etc are shared, which is not desired by guests in these pandemic times.
