My neighbor keeps trying to steal my airbnb guests!

My neighbor keeps trying to steal my airbnb guests by offering his place for cheaper and booked directly through him (not through airbnb to avoid the booking fees). I get a lot of repeats because I keep my places updated and immaculately clean. 

Is there a way to report him anonymously to Airbnb? I don't want to get into a feud with a neighbor (the report page I found requires my information), he already is aggressive and rude to others within the building. I would rather he think it was the "Guest" who complained rather than me.

The report this profile option on any profile is the way to inform Air BNB of any activity or other behavior that is against the terms of the agreement.  Your information is not share with the reported profile, but in this case, would probably be stored until some other similar complaint came in.  Given the difference in activity between the two of you, it appears you are doing much better than he is.

Report the host, @David1424 . Your information is not shared with him. But if you want your guests to do so as well, next time a guest tells you he tried to poach them, advise them, if they are so inclined, how to report it.
