Welcome to the Community Center! 👋  I'm @Bhumika , one of the Community Managers for our English Community Center along with my lovely team members @Quincy @Paula @Rebecca @Elisa @Alex @Emilie and we are thrilled to have you join us.

@Quincy : I'm from the Netherlands 🇳🇱 I have been on the Community Center for 6+ years, and have been an Airbnb Host myself. I love cycling🚲, playing football⚽, and travelling🌏 . I love how dynamic and diverse the Community Center is as we meet Hosts from all around the globe. 

@Bhumika :  🌍 I was born in Gujarat, India 🇮🇳 , and shifted to Toronto, Canada 🇨🇦 last year! 📷 I recently realized my love for photography and aesthetics. I love to capture mundane life and candid pictures. 🌆 When I'm not working, you'll find me binge-watching thriller movies or exploring history.

@Paula : I am from Colombia 🇨🇴 and currently living in British Columbia, Canada 🇨🇦. I have a passion for Latin American culture (I love to dance 💃) . I've had the opportunity to visit around 20 countries 🌎 and plan to visit many more. In my free time, I enjoy outdoor activities, especially mountain biking 🚲 and hiking 🏔.

@Rebecca : I'm from Cardiff in Wales originally but being a military child and a veterans spouse, I've travelled and lived in a lot of different places in the UK and Europe. I'm an environmentalist 🌿 and like to minimise my impact on the planet 🌎 as well as volunteering in my local community.  I love sea swimming 🌊 yoga on the beach 🧘‍ and I'm a children's yoga instructor too! 🙌 

@Elisa : I was born in Italy 🇮🇹 and as a lover of unique experiences—from exploring the streets of Rome🇮🇹 , Paris 🇫🇷, and Toronto 🇨🇦 to appreciating timeless art and cuisine—I'm here to blend the old with the new. 

@Alex : I'm originally from Spain 🇪🇸, but my passion for traveling made me move to Toronto🇨🇦 this year to explore the culture and add another unforgettable experience to my journey ✈️. I'm also passionate about all kinds of sports ⚽️ (especially football, in which I played at a semi-professional level) and love to discover new dishes everywhere I go. 🥘

Hola a todos,soy JERONIMO RAZO MENDOZA,nací un 20 de noviembre de 1954  en Mexicali,Baja California México y recién,he cumplido 69 años.Estudié medicina en la UNAM y especialidad en GINECOBSTETRICIA.Como especialista,para el IMSS(la mejor institución de salud en México)laboré durante 28 años y a la fecha,jubilado desde el 16 de octubre del 2009.Aparte de ejercer medicina privada,me fascina cultivo de todo tipo de hortalizas y criar aves de corral de todo tipo pues me cuido de no comer alimentos contaminados con pesticidas.Despues de jubilado,he conocido gran parte de mi país,USA,Cuba y China.A la fecha,siempre viajo por  plataforma AIRBNB y desde 2019 he incursionado como anfitrión en AIRBNB,pasatiempo que me ha fascinado e incluso,he invitado a dos de mis hermanas y varias amistades que a la fecha,ya son anfitriones.Mexicali,es una ciudad fronteriza con  CALEXICO,USA, a dos horas de SAN DIEGO  y a cuatro de los ANGELES;  multicultural pues aquí,viven personas de muchos lugares  del mundo,el clima es muy cálido y/o muy frio.Están cordialmente invitados.SALUDOS.

Te cuento que no he tenido la oportunidad de visitar Mexicali, pero México es de mis países favoritos y seguro que en un futuro tendré la oportunidad de visitarlo.

Te cuento que nuestro Centro Comunitario cuenta con foros en 7 diferentes idiomas. It is so nice to read more about you. Are there any recent places that you've visited and were awestruck with its beauty?

I recently visited London in the month of September, and it proved to be an amazing solo trip for me. Fun fact alert : this was the very first time I travelled all by myself😝. But it was definitely a great experience to connect with myself as I navigated through the streets of London😍!

London is an amazing city with all the different historical locations and restaurants I had a great time there as well! 
Morocco is my favorite so far. It’s been a few years but I’d like to travel into Spain to appreciate the architecture.
