Welcome to the Community Center! 👋  I'm @Bhumika , one of the Community Managers for our English Community Center along with my lovely team members @Quincy @Paula @Rebecca @Elisa @Alex @Emilie and we are thrilled to have you join us.

Let's kickstart this thread with a little about us Community Managers:

@Quincy : I'm from the Netherlands 🇳🇱 I have been on the Community Center for 6+ years, and have been an Airbnb Host myself. I love cycling🚲, playing football⚽, and travelling🌏 . I love how dynamic and diverse the Community Center is as we meet Hosts from all around the globe. 

@Bhumika :  🌍 I was born in Gujarat, India 🇮🇳 , and shifted to Toronto, Canada 🇨🇦 last year! 📷 I recently realized my love for photography and aesthetics. I love to capture mundane life and candid pictures. 🌆 When I'm not working, you'll find me binge-watching thriller movies or exploring history.

@Paula : I am from Colombia 🇨🇴 and currently living in British Columbia, Canada 🇨🇦. I have a passion for Latin American culture (I love to dance 💃) . I've had the opportunity to visit around 20 countries 🌎 and plan to visit many more. In my free time, I enjoy outdoor activities, especially mountain biking 🚲 and hiking 🏔.

@Rebecca : I'm from Cardiff in Wales originally but being a military child and a veterans spouse, I've travelled and lived in a lot of different places in the UK and Europe. I'm an environmentalist 🌿 and like to minimise my impact on the planet 🌎 as well as volunteering in my local community.  I love sea swimming 🌊 yoga on the beach 🧘‍ and I'm a children's yoga instructor too! 🙌 

@Elisa : I was born in Italy 🇮🇹 and as a lover of unique experiences—from exploring the streets of Rome🇮🇹 , Paris 🇫🇷, and Toronto 🇨🇦 to appreciating timeless art and cuisine—I'm here to blend the old with the new. 

@Alex : I'm originally from Spain 🇪🇸, but my passion for traveling made me move to Toronto🇨🇦 this year to explore the culture and add another unforgettable experience to my journey ✈️. I'm also passionate about all kinds of sports ⚽️ (especially football, in which I played at a semi-professional level) and love to discover new dishes everywhere I go. 🥘

Hello….Im Bob from Ontario, Canada.

I own a rental condo in Lake Buena Vista, Florida… approx 1 mile from Disney World.

i have been granted Super Host status for the past 2 years. My condo is in a very competitive market area. In fact, there are numerous Air bnb Hosts that are on the same property.

i look forward to learning and communicating with fellow hosts.

Hey @Bob1466, silly question but have you been to Disneyland? 😍 I bet you're very busy, your calendar must be packed out with bookings since you're at a prime location!

Hello @Sophia …. I’ve been to Disney World when I first bought my place 12 years ago. The area my condo is located is saturated with all kinds of places to visit…Universal, Lego Land, Sea World etc. 

With being only a mile from Disney, my condo is a great alternative to booking an expensive hotel room on the Disney Property.

I’ve had a pretty good year for rentals and also spent a few months there .

I am Ronan,  from France , installed now next by Paris , originating from western France Britany  where I started enjoying strong sensations sports like windsurf or kitesurf, now more on to snowboard. I've worked in aviation, travelled all over the world  and developed a passion for latin culture (Colombia, Spain, Caraibs...) I guess for its musicality, dancing rythm and form of high sensitivity. I have completly re-designed my large flat in Vincennes initially for my 3 loved sensitive joyfull children . As my growups are now progressively autonomous and living the nest with their beautiful wings, it becomes a hotspot for families wanting to dicover Paris secrets, Vincennes zoo, castle...  and enjoy also nextby (30min) Eurodisney ...

 I'm looking forward to an exciting experience as a host and member of this community.

Hello @Ronan113, thank you for sharing this enjoyable presentation! 😊 It's wonderful to know that you have a passion for Latin culture. I must admit, Colombia is an incredible country, brimming with amazing people, beautiful landscapes, and a joyful atmosphere.

Which cities in Colombia have you visited? Do you have any favourites?

I discovered beautiful Cali and surroundings, lake close to yumbo, beautiful rosy sunsets, delicious fruits lula if i recall and calisalsa (little bit stuck with my hips 😉 ! really loved . where are you from in Colombia ? i leant also not to make the misspelling mistake by writing Clomubia 😉
