Please stop holding my place for unpaying customers
A customer keeps making reservation without paying. Every time, wastes my a day, makes me loss revenue. It is unfair, airbnb should not held for customer without paying
@Zhongyan2 This something that many hosts find annoying, the fact that Airbnb allows a request to hold your calendar hostage while the guest completes payment (is that what you're referring to?) It should only happen occasionally though, and usually the booking proceeds without much delay and rarely do they fail altogether. You seem to indicate that one particular prospective guest is repeatedly doing this, so why don't you just block them?
