Professional Host - how to split payments to owner and host?

Hello, I am a setting up as a professional host, hosting properties for others? How should I go about paying owners? Is there a way in AirBnB to have net bookings to  split between myself as the host and the owner?  Or do all the payments come to me and then I pay the owner their share?  Thanks!

Do you mean you are setting yourself up as a co-host.

In which case you have misunderstood how co-hosting works. It is the owner who sets up the listing and adds you as the co-host. They then allocate the agreed commission for your services to you as the co-host which gets deducted and sent to you directly when Airbnb pays for the booking.
