Regarding three rooms.

Dear Sir/Madam.

In my listing it says three rooms are available and everybody who makes booking is under the impression that they will get three rooms once they make the reservation.  We have only one family room advertised for 6 pax and if they need additional room they will have to pay the same amount for the other room they are booking.  So kindly do the necessary changes, so that we do not have any problem in the future with the guests.

Thanking you.

Kind regards

Jacob

Hi @Douglas606

The first listing on your profile presently shows 6 guests, 3 bedrooms and 6 beds, which is why guests are expecting 3 bedrooms when they book it.

We are just Airbnb users here and we cannot edit your listing - if you want help from Airbnb Support you can change the drop-down menu above from Community Center to Help Center.

To me it looks like all 3 of your listings are for the same property, with different numbers of guests. I don't know in what combinations you want the rooms to be made available, so perhaps it's best if you spoke to Support and explained to them in detail how you want to set it up.

You'll have to make it very clear (by ticking the correct blocks in the bedroom folders of the photo tour) which types of beds are offered in each bedroom. Guests will need to understand exactly how 6 people will share the single room, which some may find unusual without proper explanation.

It's important to get the listings corrected as soon as possible, as guests are getting the wrong impression (which will lead to complaints and low review scores). I'd suggest that you go to Listing, Settings and change the Listing Status from Listed to Unlisted until you've had time to contact Airbnb Support and have made the necessary changes.

Hi @Douglas606,

Were you able to follow @Shelley159's advice? It would be good practice to unlist your listing until you're able to remedy the issue. You can edit your listing and make these changes yourself but if you need more help please let us know or have a look around on the Help Center.
