Respond to instank book that happen after check in time

I have a question of using instant book.

My listing check in time is 3pm. And the house will be always ready by 3pm. If guest book the same day after 3pm, for example 6pm onwards, is there a way I can scheduled an auto message for those instant booking after 3pm until next day 2am of my check-in details such as lock box code?
