Reviews: What happens to guests, when Airbnb asks if We will Host the Guest Again?

I think I know the answer to this but I wanted to be sure.  We have had mostly great guest! Over 95% 

have been fine to fantastic.  But probably like all of you, we go through some times when we get a couple

of less than satisfactory guests (shall we say) and it clouds our experience.

Airbnb asks a question when you review guests.  "Would you host this guest again?"

For these unsatisfactory guests, I  answer: "No."

Here is my understanding based on an article I read from Airbnb. (I think).   IF a guest gets two or more "No`s" from host reviews

my previous understanding was that they were banned from Airbnb.

Is that true?  Or is it simply that they cannot do Instant Booking

anymore?

Can anyone clarify this for me please?

I would love to know the answer to this as well. I have only responded, “no” concerning the question, would I host them again, a couple of times. 
You are correct that most people are wonderful guests. I usually get two a year that make me want to give up.
