SPAM text regarding New Regulations for Owners

I just got a spam text from 702-637-4838 that says:

NOTICE AIRBNB!  New regulations For Owners.  I opened the link in a protective mode on my computer and it says it's a scam site trying to get personal information.  I thought I'd warn others.
