As of today I can no longer see guest pricing from my calendar, and I can no longer access the guests message stream by simply clicking on the guests booking from the calendar.
Previously if I got a phone message from a guest who had already stayed, or whose reservation was up-coming that required a response from me, and I didn't know where that guests messages appeared in the general messaging page I would go to my calendar page, click the appropriate guests booking and on the right of screen their details would be displayed along with a link straight to their particular message stream.
That now appears to have gone, along with all their payment details. All I am faced with now is a vacant pulsing box alongside their name.
Is anyone else seeing this? Is it a fault on my end or, is this yet another glitch in what has to be the most glitch prone site in the history of computer programming!

It worked for me just now. Honestly, Rob, I never tried it before so you taught me something. LOL
@Robin4 Things have definitely gone glitchy again, it took me several minutes to find a way in to the inbox from the mobile app, and where I used to go back and forth between this forum and the listing with two clicks, now I can't even do it at all.
@Robin4 Just tested; working fine here!
- I know they fiddled around with this feature back in the (northern hemisphere) summer, & for a while the guest star ratings appeared in the pop-up tab on the right (which appears when you click the name bars on the calendar.) Also info such as "X has writen you a review & you have x no. of days to write yours."That did not last long!
Thanks you guys, it was a temporary glitch and this morning things are back to normal again.
I use that calendar/messages linking thing a lot.....Ade says to me, "Who is coming next Wednesday night and how many of them are there"? The quickest thing is to go to the calendar page , I can see immediately who is coming Wednesday night, click on the Wed booking and on the right of screen comes all their details including a link straight to the message stream with that guest. It is quick and convenient and for a few days I had lost that feature, meaning I had to, consult the calendar first then go to 'messages' and search through them all to get to that guest.
The same thing for sending the next upcoming guest a welcome message. Sometimes that guest might have booked 5 months ago, and if I didn't have that calendar to message link, I would have 15 pages of messages or more to wade through to get to the last communication with that guest....time consuming and da*n annoying!
Anyway, all is fixed this morning, what ever they were fooling around with this time has not had lasting consequences for me!
I am going to take it slow today, Australia Day yesterday took its toll on me. There is a limit to how much entertaining I can manage these days! :-((
