What is going on?
First I see totally different cancellation policies, now - "message or call" only?

Please explain more details or examples about "different cancellation policies" and "missing chat option"
When trying to "contact us" - now there are only two options 1. call 2. email
"Chat with us" is no longer present.
As for cancellation policies - I might be wrng, but it looks that Strict has been massaged to be more loose than Firm - makes no sense now.
@David8879 Not sure what changes in cancellation policy you are referring to. I have always had strict and the description has not changed
Strict: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
