Tips to partner with an Air bnb host

Can anyone offer tips and tricks on how to connect with local Airbnb hosts for a business partnership without spaming their host listing?

I' m a bicycle rental local shop in Boston  and would like to partner with local Air bnb hosts.

Or has anyone partnered with a local business for extra services/amenities? How has that worked for you?
