Verifying identity of the person I have booked the apartment for

I have booked an aprtment for my employer through my working account.

The host does not want to confirm the booking before Airbnb verifies the identity of the person. 

How can I upload his document? 

Please help, it is very urgent

The employee needs to do the ID verification in their own account:

If the person I have booked for doesn’t have a Airbnb account, besides obviously creating one, do you guys know if it is possible to book and handle things for them even without them having an account ?

@Natalia1104 He needs an account - Is there a problem with him creating one? The system doesn't work without guests having accounts.
