I deleted our listing when we sold our house last July. Is there a way to find out our Airbnb income for 2021 & 2020?

Check your bank statements for deposits.   Hopefully you kept records for CRA tax filings.  For example  guest reservation details...

You likely need to contact a tax lawyer or tax accountant about capital gains taxes on the sale of yout business.  Good luck.
