As we begin the new year, it’s the perfect time to reflect on what’s been working well and to set your sights on new goals. Whether you’re focused on delivering a better guest experience or exploring new opportunities as a host, every step forward makes a difference. What are your hosting goals for 2026?
📝 Here are a few ideas for 2026:
Whether they’re big or small, let us know what you’re most excited to work towards in the year ahead.
First I am going to focus on the home that needs more work. I already have a list for things that need to be improved, but we need to add more to it along side the home owner 😊
I will then tackle the next property the same way.
I will be getting my Real Estate license in Florida, that way, I can meet more investors and offer a full service. I will also be focusing on social media marketing.
Happy New Year!
My goal for 2026 is to co-host 1-3 properties in the first quarter, and continue to scale to 12 properties at years' end. I will continue to make improvements to my property.
I am looking forward to following you on your journey. Wishing you all a wonderful year ahead.
Best regards,
Luz
Thanks so much for commenting @Luz688 😍 That's fantastic! Is hosting and cohosting your full time occupation?
Wishing you all the success this year! 😊
Happy New Year Rebecca, thanks for your message.
list more properties and make guests experience more memorable and unique.

Hello @Ahmed1199 👋
Happy New Year to you too! Those goals sound awesome! Are you currently looking for more properties, and if so are you looking in the same area or in a different location?
Getting one response from the Airbnb Support Team on two issues that was created in Jan 4 and made over 70 just to get the run around. Completely disappointed and disheartened that this might be last few days in the community due to the lack of "support" and respect form the Airbnb Support Team. Is anyone else feeling that way??
@Amar3378 this is a sad state of affairs that Airbnb support gives Hosts the run around. It happens here in Australia too. If is regarding safety let Airbnb support know.
A suggestion is to contact your Community Leader if you are registered in a local Airbnb Community group. The Community Leader can have a look at your situation and try and give you some tips how to address this. Or if it is urgent they can ask their Community Administrator to escalate it,
If you have not joined your local community group here is the link below. Copy and paste and it will take you to a map. Open it up and click on the spot which is closest to you and fill in your details.
@Amar3378 I hope all works out for you.

Thank you so much for providing this information, @Laurelle3!! I will join the group and continue to advocate for myself. I just hope they take care of this issue before this becomes a class action lawsuit for Airbnb.
Happy New Year Rebecca, and thank you for your message.
My hosting goals this new year are
list more properties
Rerenovate and create more guess memories.
Hi @Kingsley37 👋
Thanks so much for sharing your goals for 2026! Do you think that you'll get more properties in the same area or will you look in a different location?
Do you have big renovation plans or will you make smaller adjustments?
I strongly want hosts and co-hosts to feel respect from Airbnb.
We follow the rules, take responsibility for our properties, and maintain standards, yet too often we feel unsupported.
I also believe hosts should have the right to protect their homes and choose whom they accept, based on past experiences and guest behavior. This is not about identity, nationality, or religion, but about respect for house rules and the host’s space.
Based on my personal experience, repeated disrespect for rules should give hosts more control and stronger protection from the platform.
Would love to co host more homes in foothills and oro valley
This sounds wonderful @Robert9463. How are you going to get to that point? Have you made a step-by-step plan?
