my plans are to get more home owners on board to have Airbnb’s until they sell the home

Happy New Year @Nisha428 this is a wonderful plan. Are you looking for homeowners to convert their home, or even part of their home, to an AirBnB? My understanding is that could be very lucrative-- referring potential clients. How many properties do you have in mind and within what time frame?

Not sure the reason, but I have had a slight increase in damages from Hosts.   I have tried to present the idea for AIRBNB to allow Hosts to offer discounts for guests with 5 star reviews.   There doesn't seem to be a current ability to accomplish this task.   Suggestions?  Help? Thoughts?

Thank you @Amy3666 , It's a one bedroom ensuite apartment in Cartagena. My parents bought it in the 90's as a place to retire. two years ago, I converted into an AirBnB with the help of a co-host. I now manage it myself. I am continuously making improvements to the place. I just love hosting-- very different from my nursing career, for sure.

I also try to make guests eco-friendly every year.

Good morning!

My initial hosting goal for the first quarter of 2026 is to become a superhost and begin cohosting. I want to add 1 property by April and expand operations to allow for efficiency.
