What is the hardest part to manage about Airbnb experiences?

Hello everyone!

 

I'm an experience host since 2016, and have over 2500 reviews on my experiences (https://www.airbnb.com/experiences/81159 and https://www.airbnb.com/experiences/41995) are the most popular ones

 

Because of all the pain of managing multiple experiences I developed my own website to automate sending messages/integrating to calendar/adjust availability automatically among other things

 

what are the most time-consuming aspects of experience management to you?
