When is it ok to enter the property, after guest said they need to cancel reservation, but has not cancelled, and have vacated the property?

Today is a busy day for Airbnb customer service i been on hold over 2 hours, im sure someone can kindly answer my question.

@Ingrid706 I wouldn't enter until they have either cancelled or until the original check out date is reached
